Agency OwnerMonty opened the Reed Agency in 2010 with a desire to help the people of the Argo/Trussville area find the best protection from Mayhem. He has since grown the agency to cover both the Springville and Odenville areas. Monty's secret to success is to exceed the expectations of the customers. He relentlessly works with the customers to help handle claims smoothly, to keep rates as low as possible and to see that an excellent customer experience is had. When he's not in the office, Monty enjoys golf, the beach, a good meal and spending time with his wife Cindy. Since opening his own agency Monty has made National conference, Inner Circle twice, Honor Ring four times and Circle of Champions.
